Covid-19
At District Sports, our team will be keeping up-to-date daily with local council, national Government and sporting NGB guidelines. We will adapt, amend and alter our provision and delivery to ensure maximum safety as and where possible.
We would like to assure you that each coach/instructor who will be delivering for our organisation will be regularly monitoring their own health & fitness and will not be on School site/sporting venue/club grounds should they be showing any Covid-19 symptoms and/or live with anybody showing signs of Covid-19.
The same rules apply if the coach/instructor have tested positive for Covid-19.
We really hope that this doesn't happen, however, if this case does occur then we may need to change our staffing to accommodate.
On the rare occasion where we may not be able to supply a coach/instructor to deliver a club/scheme/camp as cover, regretfully we may find ourselves in the position in which we will need to cancel the club/scheme/camp. This will be for everybody's safety and something we will do our best to avoid.
If this does happen, then we will notify you and the School/Venue/Club as soon as possible. You will be also be credited for the cancelled session on our part.
Should reasons beyond our control and/or an act of God affect the running of our club(s) then unfortunately we won't be able to process a refund due to the organisation of staff, premises and activities based on the number of children who are booked in.
We again hope that this doesn't occur and we understand if the above results in you not wishing to make a booking and payment on this occasion.
